Products and orders
We sell the JoyNRoll 150-piece magnetic building-block set with its stated included items, including a personalised digital storybook. Product images are illustrative; please read the product description and set-contents information before ordering.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. Acceptance takes place when we confirm that your order has been accepted and payment has been processed. We may need to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect or we cannot fulfil it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is shown as free where displayed at checkout. Payment is taken securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.
Delivery
We aim to deliver UK orders within 3–5 working days. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. The process for cancelling an order, returning physical goods and reporting faulty items is explained on our Delivery & Returns page.
Personalised digital storybook
The storybook is personalised digital content. The physical product’s cancellation rights are not removed because the order includes a storybook. If immediate digital supply affects cancellation rights, we will explain this and seek the relevant agreement before supplying it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights where products are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
