Delivery
We deliver orders to UK addresses. Delivery is usually completed within 3–5 working days. We will send an order confirmation by email after payment and may contact you if there is an unexpected delay.
Change-of-mind returns
You may cancel a physical-goods order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email info@joynroll.co.uk within that period, quoting your order number. After telling us, you have 14 days to return the item.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We do not provide a prepaid returns label. Please return items carefully packed to:

Items may be handled as you would in a shop. We may make a deduction if an item has been used beyond that or is damaged.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us at info@joynroll.co.uk with your order number and photos where possible. Your statutory rights are not affected. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Personalised digital storybook
The personalised storybook is digital content made using the child name supplied after purchase. It does not remove your cancellation rights for the physical magnetic-block set. Where digital content is supplied before the cancellation period ends, we will explain any effect on cancellation rights before supplying it.
Refunds
Once a valid return is received and checked, we will process the refund using the original payment method. This normally includes standard delivery charges where required by law.
